1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing betnaga.today, creating an account, or placing any bet on the betnaga platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and BetNaga.

3 Account Registration

When you register on betnaga, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false information is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Each person may hold only one betnaga account. If you already have an account and attempt to register a second one — for any reason — both accounts may be suspended and all balances forfeited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

5 Bonuses and Promotions

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on betnaga operate using certified random number generators (RNG). Game outcomes are determined entirely by chance and are not influenced by BetNaga or any third party.

• Each game on betnaga has its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface before play begins.
• It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a bet.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, betnaga reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet amount to the player's account.
• BetNaga's decision on any disputed game outcome is final, subject to the complaints procedure outlined in these terms.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on betnaga and will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action:

• Registering more than one account on betnaga.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with betnaga games or systems.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

BetNaga reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's mobile banking provider.
• A player's request for self-exclusion under betnaga's Responsible Gaming policy.

If your account is suspended due to a suspected breach of these terms, betnaga will investigate the matter and notify you of the outcome via your registered email address. During the investigation period, access to your account and any pending withdrawals may be withheld.
